Absolutely Beautiful Florist & Flower Delivery

Stunning last minute arrangement! They executed an “unconventional” Valentine’s Day gift last minute and in the most creative way possible. My boyfriend said everyone in the staff was passionate about the art behind the project and really made him feel like he chose the right place. The flowers are lively, have a beautiful touch of color, and perfectly compliments the canvas!

Another bad experience with a local florist! I received flowers for what I thought was my birthday on Jan 9th. The flowers were left outside our door. Only problem was that it was addressed to someone else and was supposed to be delivered to a church for funeral services; the flowers were white Lillies. I had to call three times in two days before I finally got a live person on the line. He said it was a mistake and also informed me that my daughter had ordered flowers to be delivered on the 13th. I then contacted my daughter only to find out that the florist told her that they screwed up my order and that they would redeliver on the 13th. Today is Jan 20th and still no flowers! I called the florist and the lady told me the flowers had already been delivered!!!! After walking the woman through the series of unfortunate events, she asked me what I wanted her to do. I replied, “Just refund me!” Note the funeral arrangement was ugly and lasted for 3 days. This is one of the most incompetent florists I have dealt with in the Tampa - St. Pete area. They all charge too much, don’t know how to create a really beautiful arrangement, and have the worst personnel ever. Do yourself

My wife sent me some anniversary flowers that was supposed to come with a balloon. This was the first bouquet they sent with no balloon. After calling them they sent the second bouquet with a thank you balloon not the happy anniversary balloon she ordered. The first card had a happy anniversary card she ordered, the second one had an " enjoy these flowers". Terribly disappointed.

I placed a last minute order Friday morning before Mother’s Day to be delivered the same day. Not only did they make the deadline, but the flowers delivered far exceeded my expectations. Gorgeous! Thrilled with this Florist. Highly recommend.

So I ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day a week and a half prior to Valentine’s Day. Three days later these flowers still have not bloomed but the lady I spoke to at the store tells me I have to wait. you think if somebody was ordering flowers for Valentine’s Day they would like to see pretty flowers on Valentine’s Day. Not whenever they decide, but thank you absolute beautiful florist flowers for screwing up my Valentine’s Day. Thumbs up I will never be going through you folks again especially for the price I paid for these flowers. But why would you guys care, especially when I called and told that I had to deal with it?
